What will I get if I order Armonica without accessories?

Armonica is made for AirTag

Armonica is made for AirTag. If you order just the Armonica you will get our wallet with a hole where you can put the AirTag in if you already have one. On the wallet there are our Bazza imprints - for example “Made In Italy”, but there will be no personalisation on the wallet. You can order Armonica in eight different colors. 

What are the exact dimensions of Armonica?

Armonica is 10.2 cm long and 6.5 cm wide.
The depth depends on how many cards and bills you carry.
If you insert two cards per slot — 12 in total — plus a 10 euro bill, the wallet measures about 1 cm in thickness.
Thanks to our material BLISS — exceptionally thin, lightweight, yet remarkably strong — Armonica weighs only 20 grams, making it incredibly solid despite its minimal weight.

How durable is the material?

Armonica is made from BLISS. Our bean based material was developed just for Bazza and it is very durable. To give you an impression of how resistant the material is, imagine this: Throw your wallet and let your dog catch it with its mouth and it won’t break. In fact, we offer a 5 year warranty because we are convinced you won’t be able to break it when you use it in everyday life. Due to the soft surface of the Armonica the material scratches. We like to compare this effect with the patina of leather.

The advantage of the Armonica? No animal gets harmed and BLISS produces way less CO2 than leather does. Armonica is vegan and completely plant-based. 

What does “Made From Beans” mean?

Bazza products are not made from conventional plastic. Our products are made from a new bio-based material that we call BLISS: The Bio-based, lightweight, super strong and simply sensational revolution. BLISS was developed together with a French multinational with decades of innovation in materials. 

Essentially, BLISS grows on trees. A bean is planted, that grows into a tree, and gives many more beans.  These trees grow in arid regions, so the plantation of BLISS does not compete with food production. These beans are harvested, pressed and the oil extracted.

Finally, our clever friends transform this oil into small pellets that we call BLISS. In our Italian factory, we use them to create our products. The production process is completely waste-free, because we can and do recycle any scraps. BLISS can be recycled again and again and again.

Can I wash Armonica?

Yes, our material BLISS is washable. You can easily clean your Armonica in the washing machine or dishwasher. Magic erasers also work great to make the light colors look brand new again.

How do I put cash into Armonica?

You need to fold your bill and put it into one of the slots. We recommend using the middle slot for cash.

Is there any room for coins?

Armonica doesn’t have a coin pocket, but there’s Armonica+ – our wallet with space for 10 credit cards, coins, bills, keys, USB drives, and a SmartTag.

Does Armonica have RFID protection?

On our website you can add a card with RFID protection that you can put into your Armonica. PLUS: We print a photo of your choice on the card! Like this you carry your most treasured memories with you all the time and your credit cards are safe from data theft. 

Our protection cards are emitting a jamming signal that protects your credit and debit cards from data theft. Cards within 2,5 cm reach on either side of our protection cards are protected, when they are overlapping at least 50% percent of the credit card. In other words: All the cards you put in Armonica are protected if you put one RFID-protection card in your Armonica.

We did not integrate RFID protection into the wallet to keep it 100% recyclable. 

Is Armonica MagSafe?

No, Armonica is not MagSafe.
We like to think of Armonica as your safe place for cards and documents — your reliable backup.

If you use Apple Pay, you’ll probably make most payments with your phone. But if your phone ever stops working or you can’t find it, you’ll still have your Armonica with you — with all the essential cards, a bit of cash, and your personal documents always at hand.

Apple AirTag

AirTag is a handy little device from Apple that helps you find things with your iPhone. What would you like to know about it?

How does the AirTag work?

Thanks to AirTag you will always find your wallet, no matter where it is. You can connect our AirTag to your iPhone. When you can’t find it, you can look for it via the “Where is?”-App on your phone. You can track your wallet's location on a map, no matter how far away you are. AirTag emits a sound, helping you locate your wallet even when it's hidden. The AirTags sold with Armonica are official Apple products. They will be shipped together with your new wallet, ready to be activated for the first time!

How do I activate the AirTag?

To activate the AirTag, please follow the instructions from Apple. You can also find help in the videos below – just click the button.

My AirTag won’t activate. What can I do?

We are sorry that the product you received caused you problems. First check that you have removed the protective plastic film correctly. Sometimes, during opening, an internal breakage may occur in the AirTag, thus preventing contact with the battery. To check this, unscrew the silver cover with the apple logo counterclockwise. Once opened, remove the battery and check that there is no residue from the protective film.

After completing this step you can reassemble the device. First, insert the battery with the "+" sign facing up. Next, place the previously removed silver cover on the AirTag. Rotate it clockwise by pressing on it. The device will make a sound.

Does the AirTag work with my phone?

AirTag works with iOS. So you need Apple’s iPhone to be able to use it. AirTag does not work properly with Android. Precision Finding is compatible from iPhone 11 onward.

Does the AirTag work with Android?

No, AirTag does not work properly with Android.

Are there any devices similar to the AirTag that I can put into Armonica to make it work with my Android phone?

Yes, there are Smart Tags for Android smartphones. We recommend, for example, the Motorola Smart Tag. The tag doesn’t fit into the Armonica, but you can place it in the coin pocket of the Armonica+.

RFID protection card

The RFID card creates a blocking signal that protects your entire wallet.

What is the RFID protection card?

It’s a special card that protects your credit and debit cards from contactless data theft. It emits a light jamming signal that blocks unauthorized scans within 2.5 cm on both sides.
Just one card is enough to protect all the cards inside your Armonica. Plus, we print a photo of your choice in Polaroid style on the card – so you can always carry your happiest moments with you, combined with maximum protection.

How do I use the RFID protection card?

You put your card in one of the 6 slots of your Armonica. Preferably directly next to your credit card.

I have more than one credit card in my wallet. How many cards do I need to protect my credit cards?

One RFID protection card is enough to protect all the cards inside your wallet!

Can I put any photo on the card?

Yes, you choose. Just make sure you like the clipping the system suggests.

What fits into Armonica?

You can put cash, cards, or whatever you like inside. The coin pocket holds about 10 coins, but also small items like keys, tags, photos, or USB sticks.

How many coins fit into Armonica+?

Armonica+ can hold around 10 coins of various sizes. You can also store USB sticks, keys, or tags like the Apple AirTag.

In other words: all the cards inside your Armonica are protected if you place just one RFID protection card inside.

How fast do you ship my order?

As a rule, we ship your order within 24 hours on working days.
Please check the information shown during checkout – if shipping takes longer, we’ll let you know by email.

I made a mistake when ordering the product. Can I still change the order?

If you haven’t yet received an email about the shipment of your order from Bazza or from our delivery company BRT/DPD (in some cases, especially in the US, it will be FedEx), we can still change the address for you.
Please contact us, and we’ll do our best to update it in time.

If you have already received the shipping confirmation email, we can no longer change your order.
In that case, you’ll need to wait for the delivery, return the package to us, and then place a new order.

If you haven’t received any email, please check your spam folder and make sure you know which email address you used when placing your order on our website.

Where is my order?

When your order has been shipped Bazza plus the delivery company (DPD/BRT/FedEx) will automatically send you an E-Mail. You will find your tracking number in this Mail. If you open the link you can see the status of your order. 

If the delivery company has problems with delivering your order they will contact you via mail or phone and you can adjust or clarify the address. Please check your Spam-Folder to make sure you did not miss an E-Mail.

I have been waiting too long for my order to arrive. Where is it?

We prepare every order within one working day. When your order has been shipped it depends on your location how many days it will take until it arrives. If you live in Italy it takes 1 to 3 days, in Europe 3-5 and outside of Europe 3 to 7 days. 

If your order has not arrived in time, please check the tracking number in the E-Mail Bazza and/or the delivery company (DPD/BRT/FedEx) has sent you check the status of the shipping. If the delivery company has problems with delivering your order they will contact you via mail or phone and you can adjust or clarify the address. Please check your Spam-Folder to make sure you did not miss an E-Mail. 

If the delivery company is not able to contact you the parcel will come back to us. In this case, we will contact you to ask how you would like to proceed.

Tracking

Where can I find the tracking number of my order?

When your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you an email. In this email, you will find your tracking number. If you have not received the email, check your SPAM folder and make sure you know which email address you used to place the order. Check also for mails from our delivery companies BRT/DPD or FedEX.

My tracking number does not work. Why?

Possible reasons can be:

  • The parcel number you entered is incorrect. Please check your input and correct it if necessary.
  • The parcel number you entered is more than 30 days old and has already been archived.
  • Your parcel hasn't been handed to the delivery company yet. Please try again later.

When we ship your order Bazza and/or the delivery company (DPD/BRT/FedEx) automatically send you the E-Mail “Your order has been shipped”. Please wait 24 hours (during the work week) - if your tracking number does not work after this 24 hours please contact us.

The tracking says my order has been delivered but I have not received anything. What do I do now?

Please check your mailbox again and ask your family, housemates, or neighbors if someone accepted the package for you.
If the package still doesn’t show up, contact DPD/BRT – you’ll find their contact details in the email from the delivery company.
If the courier can’t help you, feel free to reach out to us directly.

My order

I made a mistake when ordering the product. Can I still change the order?

If you have not received the mail about the shipment of your order from Bazza and/or our Delivery Company BRT/DPD (in some cases, especially in the US it will be FedEx ) yet, we can change the address for you. Please contact us. We will try to change your order in time. 

If you have already received the E-Mail about the shipment of your order we cannot change your order anymore. You will have to send your previous order back to us and place a new order.

If you have not received an E-Mail please check your SPAM-Folder and make sure to know with which E-Mail-Address you have placed your order on our website.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare every order within one working day. When your order has been shipped it depends on your location how many days it will take until it arrives. How do I return my product?

If you’re not satisfied with your product, we’ll refund the full amount you paid, excluding shipping costs. Of course, we’ll refund the total amount including shipping if Bazza is responsible for an error or product damage.

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned and that the AirTag must not be activated. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

As soon as we receive your package, we’ll issue your refund if everything is in order.

1 - Which products can be returned?

You can return our products within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns for personalized products and AirTags that have already been activated.

Therefore, engraved wallets and RFID protection cards with your photo cannot be refunded.

Problems with orders

My order is incomplete or has a defect. What do I do now?

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your order. Please contact us if parts are missing or if there are any defects. Depending on the problem, we will send you a new product, the missing parts or we will refund you. Please contact us to get the problem solved immediately. 

Please do not accept open or damaged packages. Let them be sent back to us immediately, and we will send you a new package.

The personalization on my Armonica is missing. How do I proceed?

Refunds

How will you refund me?

We will refund you via the original method of payment on our website. The refund will be issued when the product after receiving them and after checks have been carried out on the product.

Warranty

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a 5-year-warranty

All Bazza products have a 5 year warranty. We offer free repair/replacement (including complementary return shipping) for five years after the date of your original purchase. This means that if you encounter an issue with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect within the first five years of buying it, simply contact us to initiate a return and we will either repair or replace your purchase completely free of charge.

Other

Do I have to pay customs fees?

If you live outside the European Union, you may be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these regulations and cannot predict the exact amount.
